Helped me improve by starting small!

This book is filled with great tips and tricks and really inspired me to not rush things, start small, and grow my improvement and results like a snowball. It's a quick and easy listen and maybe could change your life, I'd listen to it if I were you.

James Clear clone.

I love Atomic Habits by James Clear. This fellow clearly does as well (no pun intended). Most of this book's message is in direct reference to James Clear. I did indeed find some extra wisdom in this book. which is why I read books of similar nature, to add to my knowledge of the subject. I do say it's worth a listen.
