Procrastination is an almost universal human experience. While many people attribute procrastination to laziness or a lack of drive, our real motivations to push back and delay important activities and decisions are more complicated than personal weakness. Actually Helpful
I have listened and read many organizing/ dec littering books. They all pretty much help in some way if not just to help me focus. This one was VERY short but also VERY helpful. I love the organizational map /zones of the house and the methodical way to handle organizing and decluttering. I love that she takes us through a peaceful process and at a peaceful pace! Very doable. I love the visual Sophie painted of what life looks like when we lose the clutter. I can’t believe I am saying this but I am actually excited about doing some decluttering.

great tips for successful decluttering!
I really loved how this book helps you feel better about getting rid of things. I certainly feel at ease now instead of the typical anxiety and resistance of losing things I previously gave too much value.

Great practical advice
Especially appreciated her suggestion of a written “roadmap” as a concrete guide to de-cluttering.
A practical way to reduce job to achievable “bites.”

Average
Nothing great, innovative or life changing. If you’re a little organised probably you’ve done most of the things suggested and even have better methods yourself. I’m probably not the target for this book.

Just what I was looking for to begin DECLUTTERING!
Really easy to follow. Concise and clear explanations with some ideas as some recommendations. Guidelines with simple steps to start decluttering and simplifying your life and home. I will be listening to this again and again until I develop my own process and make a clutter free life and home a reality. My sincerest thanks to the author of this book.

Short and sweet
I liked this a lot. For being just an hour long, it is packed with useful info, tips and inspiration. It is a different method than Marie Kondo, but makes sense and gives great pointers as to how to decide about the maybe items, sentimental things, etc. Really good little course, thank you Sophie & the great courses!
