Story
Conquering dungeons and using them to grow has long been the most efficient way to become a powerful adventurer. The only thing keeping the process from being easy is the Beasts that inhabit these places. Questions plague those entering this particular place of power: Where do the ‘rewards’ of weapons, armor, and heavy gold coins come from? Why is a fluffy bunny charging at me? For abyss-sake, why are there so many monsters? Cal has all of the answers to these age-old questions for a very simple reason. He is a Dungeon Core, a soul forced against his will into a magical stone.

Story
When Kers is reborn as a dungeon core, he finds himself stuck in the most improbable of places: a cloud. High in the sky and far away from the usual solid resources, Kers must face the obvious question: How is a dungeon to build itself without wood or stone? Luckily, Kers has the sarcastic (and sometimes helpful) fairy Selena to help him get his bearings. Together, the pair delight in exploring Kers’ weird existence, creating novel mobs, and enticing adventures to plumb the lofty heights of his floors.

Centuries before a certain dungeon first met a wise pink wisp, the world was torn apart by war. For a time, even the Guild was shaken to its core as a wave of necromantic cultivators surged forth from the dark corners of the earth. Garron feels the impact of war differently than most, as a servant in the estate of a Mage that left for the war. The young lord Andros and his servant have been left in the tender care of the ambitious cultivator, Jackson.

It's an instant transition where eighteen-year-old Joey Eclipse is thrust from his relaxing night playing video games to a stone room with two doors. There's nobody but him. The system messages asking some cryptic questions: [Adventurer or Commoner?] [Greatness or Steadiness?] And more. Story
The usual result of a human taking a runaway semitruck head-on is a very sudden, very fast track to the pearly gates. But for one newly noncorporeal man, there's another option: become a dungeon. Feeling sorry for the desperate angel assigned to him, the man relents. Heck, if it doesn't work out, he can always chat with Saint Peter about it later. Next thing you know, he's a dungeon. Admittedly, a small run-down, somewhat unimpressive dungeon (more of a house, actually), but you gotta start somewhere, right?

The Galactic Consensus arrived on ships as large as skyscrapers, crafted from glittering alloys that no human scientist could even begin to understand. They followed the trail of century-old television transmissions to welcome us into the galactic community...only to recoil in horror at what they found. They concluded that humans were unfit to be trusted with the advanced technologies that member-states of the Consensus freely traded with each other.

Publisher's summary
The dead walk the land. The dungeon rises. War will move the Heavens and the Earth.
Powerful necromancers are on the move, and the dungeon has become a battleground. Without his faithful Wisp, Cal's mind slips—he begins creating traps and monsters that go against his already loose morals.
A direct threat from an unexpected force causes Cal's mind to stabilize, but he doesn’t know for how long. Using every resource at his disposal, he works to keep his mind clear while he funds a search for his lost companion. When others fail him again and again, Cal takes matters into his own hands.
Deadly situations remind Dale that no matter how well he does in his secluded community, he is still considered a weakling in the greater world. Deciding that his physical and mental training are not enough—Dale resolves to gain strength by any means necessary.
Both are aware that they need to keep moving. If they stop, their choices could kill them.
Performed by Patrick Boylan, Michael John Casey, Ryan Haugen, Amanda Forstrom, Danny Gavigan, Bradley Smith, Robb Moreira, Katie Boothe, Rick Rohan, Ryan Carlo Dalusung, Tia Shearer, Christopher Davenport, Christopher Walker, Terence Aselford, Marni Penning, Dan Delgado, Eric Messner, Matthew Bassett, Mike Carnes, Rayner Gabriel, Rose Elizabeth Supan, Andy Clemence, Mort Shelby, Elizabeth Jernigan, Colleen Delany, Nora Achrati, Chris Stinson, Jessica Lauren Ball, Jonathon Church, Michael Glenn, Anthony Palmini, and Kay Eluvian.

Story
The decision to start a new life is never an easy one, but for Joe the transition was far from figurative. Becoming a permanent addition to a game world, it doesn't take long to learn that people with his abilities are actively hunted. In fact, if the wrong people gained knowledge of what he was capable of, assassins would appear in droves.

Story
Melvin has normal problems. High school. Tests. Trying to find a girlfriend (and failing...miserably). But one day he awakens with access to a System that governs all magic. In his attempt to summon a teacher to show him the ropes, he botches the ritual and accidentally summons a magic-wielding girl named Kalliphae. Sure, she's powerful and deadly. A femme fatale who's more intimidating than even the most popular girls at school.

Story
A world on the precipice of the apocalypse. A secret forged in the flames of war. A chance to start over. For John Sutton, only one of those three things matters. Retired from a decade of brutal war, he wants nothing more than a quiet pastoral life while he does his best to stem the steady increase of his Doom Points before they hit 100, signaling the start of the end. He’s been given a small farm on the outskirts of the empire as thanks for his service, but no matter how far he travels, it's impossible to escape the war's devastating effects on the world.

excellent narration for one of my favorite books
I really liked this full cast production of this book. The music and sound effects are also good even if it doesn't stand out, it blends well with the narration. I can't wait for the next one.
