Excellent book, issues with audio book
This is hands down the best real-estate guide for beginning-medium and even somewhat advanced real estate investors.
My biggest issue with the book is that some chapters are cut off. Chapter 22 on picking a market, for example, cuts off about 5 minutes in mid-sentence. I really want to hear the rest of that chapter!
