In this beautifully produced audiobook, Robert Charles offers 3 books in 1 and reveals how to stop overthinking in your relationships, calm your anxiety, and reignite the passion in your relationship.

What sets this book apart is its emphasis on self love, presence, and personal growth as the centerpiece of making progress in our relationship with our partner. By first realigning your own sense of self and prioritizing your own health, you will be in a stronger position to love your partner better.

My favorite section was the content on different attachment styles (anxious, avoidant, etc.) - by understanding your own attachment style and the attachment style of your partner, you will be able to communicate with them better and love them better. Highly Recommend for all couples!

I love how it gives great advice

It's really hard to let go of stuff, especially when you really want the other person to love you back. You want to be perfect, and you never want that other person to see you as anything but perfect. But the truth is, you can never really be perfect, so why worry about stuff you can't control? That's what I learned from this book. Thanks for all the great advice!
