After being horribly mistreated at a government animal-research facility, Snitter and Rowf escape into the isolation - and terror - of the wilderness. You have to listen to this book! So sad, yet so beautiful. Really inspiring. PS. Animal testing is the sickest thing in the world. I really felt sick to my stomach when they talked about the poor monkey in this book, who was part of the social isolating test. 45 days in isolation...
