So surprising
I had no idea this branch of yoga even existed. This audio is informative, educational, and healing. The narrator is great and so soothing. I love when a book has things I learn (like these poses) where I can walk away after reading and instantly have something to make my life better. Great read!

I love it, going from hysterical to healthy
The Power of Trauma-Informed Yoga is educational as well as hopeful. I had no idea Yoga could release trauma from your childhood. This book gives specific information about why a problem exists and how doing these yoga exercises can relieve the pent-up issues associated with it. Helping cancer patients is incredible. My brain has never before made the association of health issues being helped by doing yoga. It's like a whole new world just opened up for me.
