Wonderful Guided Journal
This is a very in-depth journal that helps your teen do shadow work. My teen was resistant initially but got into the information shared and dug deep with the journaling. It was incredibly helpful. Thank you! I highly recommend this journal!

a great book for self discovery
This is a great book for self discovery, for finding your inner drive, help you with clearing negative thoughts or any unnecessary negative emotions and focus on what you really want and what really drives you forward. the book breaks down into several parts that each target a separate area. it's easy to follow, but while you listen to the audio version you might still feel at lost at some point if you aren't finishing it in one go like i did. getting an ebook might help with that so at least you have something at hand to look at. not to say that this is supposed to be a work journal like it's in the name.

He's been able to explore his thoughts and emotions with the guided exercises, which have provided him both challenge and support. It's amazing how the journal has helped him articulate his feelings and identify his behavioral patterns. This book is a valuable tool for any teen looking to understand themselves better.

Nice Introduction to Jung and Shadow Work
This book, which adults would also benefit from, is a nice introduction to the work of Jung, appropriately tailored to teens. I provides a way to increase self awareness and work on personal growth, both are as that teens may struggle with. Be sure to have pen and paper to hand for the accompanying journal which provides practical exercises and prompts.

Highly Recommend!
As a high school counselor, I've recommended 'The Shadow Work Journal for Teens' to many of my students. The book's approach to integrating Carl Jung's psychology into accessible exercises for teens is innovative and effective. Students have told me that the sections on overcoming habitual behaviors and transforming self-doubt have been particularly impactful. It's gratifying to see a resource that genuinely helps teens navigate their internal landscapes.
