Wow! Fun adult educational facts while getting fit

14 to 20 minutes of daily exercising fly by while listening to interesting facts (many make me laugh aloud and my wife silently blush!). Thanks for a great podcast!

Simple and Accessible for all fitness levels

I've been a listener since winter, but am just now getting to this review. NBW is a great fitness podcast and one of my favorites. Because the instructions are so descriptive and simple I never wonder if I'm doing something wrong. The format also makes it easy to follow along at your own pace. If you need to do slow or fast reps, you can. The topics are interesting and I would recommend it to anyone who exercises or wants to start. Ali and David are entertaining and I hope that they get more attention and money so they can keep doing this. Also, I enjoy that they've been listening to feedback and have changed out the ding with a more pleasant sound.
